Rosanne Cash heads out on tour in support of her upcoming album, She Remembers Everything, which makes a stop at the Capitol Theatre.
She Remembers Everything, Rosanne Cash’s highly anticipated follow-up to her three-time GRAMMY® Award-winning masterpiece The River and The Thread, is a powerfully insightful collection of new songs. Both confessional and cathartic, the material reverberates with an urgency of a woman who has found and owns her story and her voice. The concert will feature songs from this record, set for release November 2, along with selections from Norma Rae – the musical she is writing with John Leventhal (book by John Weidman) based on the 1979 hit film.
Rosanne is known for her unique voice and approach as well as a timeless and supremely poetic mixture of country, folk, gospel, pop, blues, Americana and jazz. Rosanne has recorded 16 albums and charted 21 top 40 singles, 11 of which reached #1, including Seven Year Ache, Tennessee Flat Top Box, I Don’t Know Why You Don’t Want Me and Blue Moon with Heartache.
